i came in to watch the game today while enjoying a pizza. there was a long line with two people handling it and they honestly handled it well. but the true shout out i wanna give is to mimi who handled the cashier side brilliantly. she handled customers, deliveries, and pizzas coming out all while keeping a smile on her face.

The pizza sauce and bottled water were good. Pizza was ok. Cheese seemed artificial and plastic like. Not very tasty. Cesar salad was pre packaged and old. There was zero service, yet they asked for tips, before food was to be “picked up”. They had run out of ice. And there were no cleaning staff. Horribly mismanaged and cheap. Will never come back.

I have tried giving Pizza Press multiple chances, but the experience keeps getting worse. Every time I order, I clearly request that the pizza be lightly done. My child has a diagnosed feeding difficulty and needs soft food. If the crust edges are burnt, she simply won’t eat it. This is not just a preference. Sometimes they get it right, but when they burn the edges the staff immediately becomes defensive and somehow turns it into my fault. Instead of just making the pizza correctly, their “solution” is to chop off the crust. That leaves a tiny pizza even smaller than it already is, which is ridiculous considering the price. Today was the final straw. I asked several times for the pizza to be taken out of the oven because I could see the edges starting to burn. The employee refused. By the time she finally asked the manager for approval, the edges were already burnt. When I explained the situation to the manager, she became defensive and actually shamed me in front of other customers, saying they “cannot satisfy my request” and that I should never come back. Always sooo yummy. My go to fav pizza place with so many topping options. I personally like to ask for it to go through the oven twice to get a better crisp but it’s so yummy every time. My husband loves to change up his order often because there’s so many good variations.

Was here three years ago...Excellent service. Tasty food! Update December 2025 Great location with plenty of free self parking. Restaurant has plenty of indoor seating and booths. There's also a nice outdoor patio. Then there's the playground area with lots of places to sit and eat. The pizza are ALL delicious! Fresh quality ingredients you can taste. We ordered three customized pizzas to share. There were all yummy. Service is friendly and quick. Strongly recommend.
